Processing Time
- All orders will be shipped by FedEx International Priority.
- Please allow 3-5 working days to process the orders.
- You will receive a notification by email once your order has been shipped.
- Direct shipment from Penang, Malaysia facility.
- Free Shipping for all orders above USD30.
- Any purchase below USD30 would incur a shipping fee.
- All transactions are traded in US Dollar.

International Shipping
We offer worldwide and international shipping especially to the US and European Countries and other selected countries.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Help for Product Defect
- All products are quality checked at the warehouse prior to shipment.
- In the event you have received defective items, kindly contact us by email to us at info@nexus-integration.com.my within 30 days upon receiving the order.
- On the other hand, do post back the defect item to our company address together with the original invoice.
- We will replace you with the new product free of charge according to the quantity of the defection.

Nexus Integration Sdn. Bhd. and its staff will not hold any responsibilities in any unwanted incidents whether directly or indirectly or/and any damages arising from the use of our products in any circumstances.
